The Certification Based on Test Approach is for an individual seeking additional certification in the selected teaching field(s) if:
A valid Alabama Professional Educator Certificate in a teaching field is held; AND
A passing score the appropriate Alabama prescribed Praxis subject area test(s) is attained.
