The Certification Based on Test Approach is for an individual seeking additional certification in the selected teaching field(s) if:
They hold a valid Alabama Professional Educator Certificate in a teaching field.
They attain a passing score in the appropriate Alabama-prescribed Praxis subject area test(s).
