Request Assistance

  • During work hours: Call 205-348-2445.
  • During after hours: Online Request Located on Tech Tab in MyBama. Online form prepopulated with location information of current faculty, staff, and students. To submit a ticket, click on Submit Service Request. To check the status of a ticket, click on Check Ticket Status. This will give you a list of your tickets, and whether it is open, closed, or in progress. Note: Under the Request Description, type “College of Education” before typing your problem or request. This is to make sure that the problem or request is routed to TSS, and not to another College or OIT. You can also attach a file to the ticket if needed.

  • Lab 105 (Open Lab):  Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m.-10 p.m. and Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
    • During Interim, Lab 105 is open Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., and Friday, 8 a.m.-12 p.m.
