BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Huaiyue Zhang serves as coordinator of the School Enhancement Project, part of a U.S. federal-funded, multi-year, multi-site, multi-million-dollar project, Research-based Strategies and Artificial Intelligence for School Enhancement: Turning Around Schools (RAISE). Her research focuses on the school factors that contribute most to student outcomes in a variety of contexts (e.g., institutional, national, economic, cultural). She also specializes in special educational leadership and performance measurement. Dr. Zhang is proficient in meta-ethnography, meta-analysis, meta-SEM, Rasch, CDM, and Bayesian statistics. She has presented at top peer-reviewed conferences since 2021 as a first or co-author, such as the University Council for Educational Administration and the American Educational Research Association.
