BIOGRAPHY
Brooks Moss is the Chemistry Specialist for the Alabama Science in Motion program, the 9-12 science component of Alabama Math, Science and Technology Initiative. Brooks has been in this role since August 2019. He supports Chemistry and Physical Science teachers in the nine counties in west central Alabama. He provides professional development in both content and pedagogy, maintains, and schedules laboratory equipment loans, and provides side-by-side, in-class support to teachers. Brooks previously served as a middle and high school science teacher for 12 years and is active in his community. He also serves as a youth minister at his local church.
