BIOGRAPHY
Jackie McQueen serves as Administrative Assistant II to the Associate Dean of Student Services and Certification Officer. Ms. McQueen oversees the administrative operations in the Office of Student Services. She serves as the primary contact for those seeking alternative certification options in Alabama. She assists College of Education students with the Academic Bankruptcy process.
Ms. McQueen has been with the University for 25 years, and in her current role in the College of Education since April, 2011.
