BIOGRAPHY
Shenita Allen is a K-5 Math Specialist with AMSTI.Ā She has been in this role since July 2024 and currently supports K-5 math coaches in Greene County, Hale County, and Tuscaloosa County. Prior to joining AMSTI, she served as a Building-Based Math Coach in the Tuscaloosa County School System and received certification as an AMSTI facilitator. Mrs. Allen dedicated 26 years of service to the Tuscaloosa County School System, 25 of which were as a general education teacher. Mrs. Allen earned her bachelorās degree in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education and her masterās in Elementary Education, both from the University of Alabama.
