TECHNOLOGY INVENTORY FORM
Fill out this College of Education Inventory Form to register devices such as laptops, iPads, and other mobile devices. When doing so, please attach a picture of the inventory sticker that is on the device and include your office location and whether your device has Windows 10 or 11 (if a Windows-based device), in the comments section. If you have multiple devices, you can attach a spreadsheet or document with that information. Do NOT include desktops on the Inventory Form.

During Interim, Lab 105 is open Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., and Friday, 8 a.m.-12 p.m.
