JoAnne is one of the undergraduate academic advisors for the College of Education. She verifies completion of general studies course work for students entering to a Teacher Education Program (TEP). Jo Anne verifies course equivalencies transferring from Alabama two-year community colleges. Throughout the academic year she advises currently enrolled students in regards to course requirements for general studies and the major. She assists with orientation for new freshmen and transfer students who are seeking enrollment in the college. JoAnne provides verification needed for Reasonable Academic Progress (RAP) necessary for financial aid and is responsible for Readmitting Suspended Students.
