Edward is the liason between students and faculty when necessary, especially as regards exam results, application procedures, and program processes in addition to the liase between ELPTS and other University departments as required. He also maintains all student records including applications and acceptance/rejection decisions, information on progress toward degrees, copies of transcripts, transfers of credit, programs of study, etc. Edward prepares and maintains database on student information including demographic information, application results, exam results, and other pertinent information required for data-driven decision making in the department. He maintains faculty records concerning faculty travel, purchases, and reimbursements and course files including syllabi and other pertinent course information. He also oversees purchase of office supplies and other materials for the department.
